What is CoolSculpting®?
A non-invasive, non-surgical treatment for fat reduction by freezing and killing fat cells through a process called Cryolipolysis.
what does CoolSculpting ® treatment feel like?
At the start of your treatment you will feel a cooling sensation with minimal discomfort, slight pressure, developing into a feeling of intense cold. This feeling soon goes away and the treatment is comfortable enough for you to watch TV or even take a nap during the rest of your treatment.
When will I see results from my CoolSculpting® treatment?
You will see results in as little as four weeks after your first treatment. After two months, you will see the most dramatic results. As your body continues to flush out the dead fat calls, you will continue to see results up to six months after your treatment.
How much does CoolSculpting® cost?
Every patient is unique in terms of areas they want treated and the amount of unwanted fat they want to remove. Due to this, costs can vary widely but patients can expect to pay $750 per treatment and need at least 2-4 treatments to start. This is why we offer all patients a complimentary body sculpting consultation where our Medical Advanced Aestheticians will develop a customized treatment plan for your goals and budget.
How many fat cells does CoolSculpting® kill?
With your initial treatment session you will decrease the number of fat cells in the treated area by roughly 20%. For each additional treatment, you will see better results, ridding you of an additional 20% of fat cells per session.
What areas of my body can be treated with CoolSculpting®?
CoolSculpting® is FDA approved for treatment of fat in the areas of the submental (under the chin), submandibular (under the jawline), thighs, abdomen, flanks, bra fat, back fat, underneath the buttocks (banana roll) and upper arm areas.
